Unknown, but expected for the late Summer or early Autumn period of 2018
Unknown, but expected to be 10 hour long episodes followed by a Christmas special.
Jodie Whittaker will play the thirteenth doctor who will make her debut in series 11. She will be the first female in the part.
The companion is yet to be announced but Bradley Walsh is the favourite to become Whittakers first time travelling companion.
Chris Chibnall will become the showrunner from series 11 and from the foreseeable future after this. It has been rumoured he could take an American writers room approach to the new series and/or he could make the show a serialised drama.
Peter Capaldi's replacement will make his full time debut. It is not yet sure who the next doctor will be however rumours point mostly to Kris Marshall, but we could see the first ever female doctor. This was later confirmed as Jodie
We are not yet sure if the next series will see the introduction of a new companion, or if Pearl Mackie will continue as Bill. The last series saw her become a cyberman, only to be revived by Heather. Could she carry on or could we have seen the last of her? We HAVE now seen the last of her.
Bradley Walsh and Kris Marshall are in the line and heavily rumoured as the next companion.
No Format details have been released for the series.
