Here's your guide to everything that we know so far about the upcoming season of doctor who, series 11, the first series to feature Jodie Whittaker as the thirteenth doctor. Warning, mild spoilers may be listed below:

The exact airdate is yet to be revealed, however the BBC revealed that the series would be released in "Autumn 2018" in all of their recent press announcements. Although it is almost certain that it will begin this October.
There will be 10 episodes of series 11-a 65 minute opener and 9 50 minute episodes which would follow. There is no official confirmation of a Christmas special, but it is very likely that there shall be one.
